RONALD E. CREQUE, MD
Dr Ron Creque was born in Tuscaloosa Alabama and moved to Kentucky while in elementary school. He attended Asbury University where he played baseball and earned a degree in Biology. He went on to attend Medical School at the University of Louisville and then completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham.
After Residency, Dr. Creque joined his close friend and Med School classmate Paul Goodlett in another established Medical Practice in Shelbyville in 2001 before leaving and opening Stonecrest Family Medicine in 2006 with Dr. Goodlett.
Dr. Creque and his wife Kimberly have been married for 29 years and together they have been blessed to raise their four children, Blanton, Lindsay, Zach, and Abby in the community of Shelbyville.
Dr. Creque enjoys barbecuing, time with family, pursuing his 2nd Amendment rights and riding his Harley. The Creques are proud members of Southeast Christian Church.
PAUL A. GOODLETT, MD
Dr. Paul Goodlett is a Shelby County native. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 1993 and his medical degree from the University of Louisville in 1998. Dr. Goodlett completed his residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana in 2001. Dr. Goodlett chose to return to Shelby County to practice medicine. In 2006, Stonecrest Family Medicine was founded by Dr. Goodlett and Dr. Creque to provide primary care services to the families of Shelbyville.
Dr. Goodlett continues to live in Shelbyville with his wife Melissa.
DANA KUHN, PA-C
Dana Kuhn, PA-C is a Louisville native and currently resides in Shelbyville. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with an undergraduate degree in 1999 and a master’s degree in 2003. Dana has been practicing primary care in Shelbyville since 2003.
Dana continues to live in Shelbyville with her husband Jeff and three children.
CHRISTY SCOTT COLEMAN, PA-C
Christy Coleman, PA-C is native to Shelbyville. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1991 and joined Stonecrest Family Medicine in 2010. She has been practicing primary care in Shelbyville since 1991.
Christy continues to live in Shelbyville with her son and German Shepherds.
JINJER LUCAS, FNP
Jinjer Lucas, FNP is a Louisville native. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Alabama Huntsville in 1996. She has a master’s degree in Nursing from UAH in 2006 and received her Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certificate in 2009. As a registered nurse she worked in labor & delivery, women’s surgery, and high-risk obstetrics. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in pediatrics, urgent care, and family care. She lived in Alabama with her husband for 24 years until moving back to Kentucky in 2013.
